If your account was sent to our Recovery Department, you may contact them Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm at 800-742-2651. If you wish to, you may also visit your nearest TD Bank Store during the lobby hours and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you. Please understand closed accounts cannot be re-opened regardless of the reasons for closing it; however, you may request to open a new account with us after the overdrawn balance has been paid in full.
