Thank you for joining us today, Cody. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
If your TD account was closed due to a negative balance, we recommend contacting our Recovery Department at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements. Our Specialists are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Once connected, they would be able to provide more information and make payment arrangements.
Alternatively, you may visit any TD Store during lobby hours for assistance. For lobby hours and locations near you please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope to see you soon, Cody and have a good day.
