For information on the status on your previous account we would advise you contact Customer Service at 888-751-9000. They are available 24/7 for your convenience. If your account is unable to be located or you believe that there was a balance owed you can contact our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769. You also have the option of stopping by a local TD Bank Store to have a Customer Service Representative look up your account profile to see if there is a balance owed.
Once all obligations are met with your previous account you can then use your account or open a brand new account if your other account was closed. To open an account first, you’ll need to figure out what account will fit you best.
