If you had an account which is now closed, we apologize as the same account won't be able to be reopened. However, you are always welcome to establish a new account with us. Please note that if the previous account became closed due to a charge off, you'll want to pay the amount due prior to opening a new account. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station. Our Recovery Department can be reached Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm for your convenience.
