Hi Sebas, thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps.
You may request to open a new account with TD Bank once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, however the previous account will not be able to be reopened.
There are a few options to pay off the overdrawn balance. You may contact our Recovery Department during normal business hours at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements, or visit your local TD Bank Store during the lobby hours to make the payments. For TD Store locations and lobby hours, please check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you can request to open a new account with TD Bank. For information on the current Checking accounts TD Bank offers, please follow this link: http://bit.ly/UR7yr0. For a customized recommendation with our Checking Selector answer the questions provided here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7.
