I had an account with you in Lexington mass from 1994-2011. Need to reconstruct bank statements and documents for tax authorities in my home country. We no longer live in the USA and do not have access to a TD store.
Who and how we contact you?

Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Hava. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
TD Bank retains seven years of account history in our records. You are able to request statements from your accounts from this span of time.
If you have an active account with us, you are able to request these statements by contacting us directly. You are able to call our Banking Specialists 24/7 from overseas by dialing 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be happy to help you obtain copies.
If you do not have active accounts with us, you are able to request statements at a TD Store. As you mention that you are overseas, we recommend reaching out to a TD Store directly to determine any additional options available to you.
