Thanks for your question, Robert. We'd be glad to clarify.
Many of our accounts have a variety of features and benefits to them. We recommend taking a look here: https://go.td.com/2aNvbeb to learn more about the TD Premier Checking account and here: https://go.td.com/2aqMrDi to view the TD 60 Plus Checking account.
As you will learn by following the links, the TD Premier Checking account has a complimentary first order of checks whereas the TD 60 Plus account offers free checks as long as you maintain the account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you would like to update your account type to a different product, you are able to do so by contacting us directly. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
In addition, if you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you decide to send a secure message, be sure to include the account number you'd like to update.
We hope this clears things up, Robert. Have a good day.
