After logging onto your account, please click on "Send a Secure Message" link, which is located on the left hand corner under "Message Center". You may choose General Account Inquiry as subject and type the message in the Comments/Requests section. Once you finish typing your concern to one of our Digital Banking Specialist, you may click on "Send". Please note, you should expect to receive a response within 24 hours.
