Thanks for checking in with us, Francisco! We appreciate your question and would be happy to advise you of your options.
If your TD Bank Visa Debit card was closed at some time in the past, we apologize, as we are no longer able to issue a new card using this number.
If your Paypal account is linked to this number, we would recommend that you contact Paypal to update your card information on file. If you're in need of a new debit card at this time, you're welcome to stop by any TD Store location to get one during your visit! Please find a listing of Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores; or, give us a call anytime 24/7 to order one, at 888-751-9000.
If for any reason you're in need of the closed card number for reference, we may be able to provide you with this information if the card was closed in the recent past. For this information, we invite you to view your previous statements via your Online Banking account. You'll want to look at a transaction from the time frame during which you were using this card. To do so, you're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, please follow these steps to view a statement:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the “Statements” tab.
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
For any questions in locating this information, we invite you to call us anytime at the number mentioned above, and we'll be happy to help. Please do note that for your account security, we are unable to provide account or debit card numbers by phone or email.
You're also welcome to stop in at any TD Bank Store for assistance in retrieving the debit card number. Please find a listing of Stores nearest you at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Thanks again for visiting Francisco! We hope this is helpful and please let us know about any other questions you have.
