I have 100 shares of TD bank stock in book form. Due to my current financial situation, I would like to sell these shares at the current market rate. How do I begin the process. The bank has them in book form. I do not have the stock certificates.

Welcome to TD Helps, Daniel. We'd be happy to point you in the right direction.
As you've mentioned that you'd like to sell stock, we recommend speaking to our affiliated brokerage firm TD Ameritrade. To learn more about TD Ameritrade, please visit http://bit.ly/1BMZkQl. They'll be able to help you make more informed investment decisions with the same dedication to service and convenient solutions you've come to expect from TD Bank.
We hope this helps, Daniel and have a great day.
