In reply to Jordan, Edison
Good morning Jordan,
From your message, it sounds like you have one of our Convenience Checking accounts. If so, for this account, you are correct to notice that you'll want to maintain a daily balance of $100.00 in order to make sure that the account isn't charged a monthly Maintenance fee at the end of your account's statement cycle. You can review the requirements for this account right here: http://bit.ly/18IVtY0.
While you must be sure to maintain the required balance on each day, we would like to give you a tip. If during any given business day your account falls under its required balance, you do have until the end of that same business day to put the funds back in and avoid the fee. Please keep in mind that all of this must occur within the same business day and the correct time frames to be sure that the fee is avoided.
To discuss this in better detail with you and to be sure you won't get a fee, please get in touch with one of our Specialists. We can double check for you that this is the type of account you have, and tell you more about business days and their cutoff times. You can reach us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or you can stop in to any of our Stores. Many of our locations are open on Sundays and you can check that out here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope we answered your qeustion, Jordan but we'd love to chat again if you think of anything else. Just click the 'Reply' button in the top right corner to respond.
Thanks again for writing in and enjoy your Sunday!
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
