The soda machine at the zoo wasn't working and did not dispense the soda. How do I get these charges reversed? Thank you for your help.

We'd like to reassure you that in the event of any trouble with a merchant, we're here to assist you.
First, to dispute any charge they made to your account, you'll want to give them a call to determine if they'll issue a refund. It's necessary to check with the merchant for the possibility of a resolution before filing a claim with TD Bank.
Once you attempt to resolve this with them or if they are unable or unwilling to provide a refund you can then dispute the item with us. If the charge was made via your TD Visa Debit Card, to do so, you're welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours for assistance. When filing a claim, we recommend taking note of who you may have spoken with, the date, and any other information that may be relevant so that we can include it on your claim.
