Thank you for visiting TD Helps today, Maurice. We will be glad to assist you.
At this time, you may request one TD Visa Debit Card for each TD Checking account you have. However, if you wish to use the same debit card for both accounts, you're welcome to do so. You may submit this request by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting your local TD Bank Store. To find out TD Store locations near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note; if the same debit card is linked to both Checking accounts, you may withdraw funds from either account at your choice; however, when making purchases, funds can only be debited from the primary Checking account.
Also, if you have not yet done so and you prefer to obtain a new TD Visa Debit Card for your other Checking account, you may request this card at any TD Bank location during lobby hours with your valid photo ID and walk out with a new card in your hand! You can also contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at the number listed above and one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you and the card will be mailed to your address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for the debit card to arrive.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card is by sending a secure message via Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking first. If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking and wish to enroll for Online Banking for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
We hope this information has been helpful Maurice and please don't hesitate to contact us again and have a good day!
