Thanks for joining us on TD Helps, Shelly. We'd be glad to help.
Currently, TD Bank Stores are located on the East Coast, from Maine to Florida, and we do not partner with banks in the U.S. or abroad.
To withdraw funds without receiving any fees, you have the option of getting cash back at any store that allows you to do so. To see if you will be affected by foreign ATM fees check out the here http://bit.ly/1rYwGdO for further details. You're also able to take a look at our Fee Schedule found here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may assess a fee (surcharge) at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries. In certain instances, we will reimburse you for these fees and non-TD ATM fees if you have any of these accounts:
TD Premier Checking, TD Relationship Checking, TD Relationship Savings, and Private Banking accounts
To find your account type you can take a look by signing in to Online Banking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, or contact Customer Service at 888-751-9000 24/7.
We also recommend placing a Travel Notification on your account prior to your trip to avoid acceptance issues.
You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing the number mentioned above, visiting a TD Store during lobby hours or sending a secure message via Online Banking. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To send a secure message, please sign in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you are not currently signed up for Online Banking, you are able to do so at any time here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security Number and email address. If you have any trouble, feel free to contact us using the number mentioned above.
By placing a Travel Notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
We hope you have a great trip, Shelly!
