Good morning, Chris and thank you for coming to TD Helps with your inquiry.
Some credit card issuers may allow you to make a cash advance from your card. To get more details about this process, we first recommend that you reach out to your card issuer to determine if they allow this and if your card is setup to allow these types of cash advances. We also recommend confirming if any restrictions and/or fees may apply.
If you have a credit card from a financial institution which does allow cash advances, and you have established a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your card with your institution, then yes, you should be able to process a cash advance at any one of our ATM locations. Also, if your card issuer does allow this service, and you intend to make a larger cash advance, then please know at any TD Bank Store location we can process cash advances from any Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card up to $5000 per day per card.
With either of these processes your physical card must be present to process an advance as well as having a valid photo ID with you (Driver's License, Passport, State-Issued ID, etc). Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store closest to you to make your cash advance!
We hope you find our answer helpful and we also hope you have a great weekend, Chris!
