The address you'd need to include to complete the ACH transaction is your TD Store address in which you originally opened your account. To confirm this address you may take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. If you are unsure of the TD Store in which you opened your account we ask that you visit us during lobby hours at a location near you.
