When using the new Bank-by-Phone system, you can enter in either your TD Bank account number or your TD Bank VISA Debit Card number to retrieve your records. You mentioned that you have a business account; and in some instances, if you are accessing a business account that has the same TIN (Tax ID number) as your personal Social Security Number, the system may have trouble identifying how to log you in – under your business profile or your personal profile. If you're experiencing any trouble accessing the system using your account number, we suggest trying to use your debit card number instead; this may solve the problem.
