Ni Hao, LuFeng and thanks for visiting TD Helps today! Happy Chinese New Year!
As you have a TD Business account, if your partner is currently managing your account via the TD BusinessDirect website, you sure have the option to create a sub-user online access for yourself, so you can also manage this account online; however, using your own User ID and Password.
To accomplish this request, please follow the steps below after logging on to your account from here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8
- Click on Users
- Click on Add New Users button which is located on the bottom right corner
- Please complete the required fields such as User ID, Password, First name and Last Name, and then click on Add User button
- Once a Sub-User is added, you may click on Manage Roles to assign different roles to you
We recommend checking out the Users and Roles Tutorial for the detailed step by step instruction. Users and Roles Tutorial link can be located on the left side of the screen on the Users page, underneath Help & Related Tasks.
If you need additional assistance while setting up Sub-User role, our dedicated Small Business Specialists are here 24/7 to assist you. They can be reached at 800-493-7562, option 2.
Hope our information is helpful, LuFeng. Enjoy your holiday weekend and Gong Xi Fa Cai!
