I have a TD Canadian checking account, a TD Canada savings account, a TD USA/Canada cross border checking AND a TD USA checking. All accounts were established and set up in Canada. I have attempted to change my address on these accounts and request a new USA Checking Bank card a half dozen times. Each time, the customer service representative tells me that the address is changed and the cards were sent. I have been without cards for 5 months. Who can I call with multiple and ongoing issues with these accounts? Do you have a single point of contact that knows the ins and outs for both USA and Canada accounts?

We’re sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Stephanie. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
For your TD Canada Trust accounts, you would need to reach out to a Representative there for assistance with maintaining them. You are able to take a look at their contact options here: http://go.td.com/1woOVay.
In regards to your U.S. accounts, we recommend reaching out to our Cross Border Banking Specialists. They are available 24/7 by dialing 877-700-2913. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to confirm your address and send a debit card.
You are also able to send us a secure message via Online Banking to request a new debit card. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
We hope this helps, Stephanie and have a good day.
