We'd be happy to direct you in how to update your address that we have on file for you. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information to make that update for you, but we'd be happy to provide you with some options!
The quickest way to update your address may be through your online banking. To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once logged in, click on the "Customer Service" tab, located on the top of your screen. Then select the blue hyperlink that states "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address". You'll then just need to update the necessary info and click "Send".
We can also update your address for you by phone. Just give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Please know that address changes will take 2-3 business days to be fully updated.
