If you have previously made a purchase using your TD Visa Debit Card and later canceled your order, your refund should be returned to the debit card you used on the original purchase.
Credits for merchant returns typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back onto your TD Bank Debit Card. If you have yet to see your credit after 5 business days, you may connect with one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at (888) 751-9000. You may also reach out to the merchant directly for more information on their return policy.
As you mentioned that you also have an unauthorized charge on your account, please feel free to reach out to us at the same telephone number listed above for immediate assistance. Upon proper account verification, they'll be able to provide additional info on this charge and also provide options in regards to disputing process.
