Hi Kelly, thanks for submitting your questions today. We'll be glad to shed some light on check cashing.
If the check in question is drawn on TD Bank, you're welcome to visit any TD Bank Store near you and we would be happy to cash it for you. A valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) will be required at that time. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank Store location nearby.
Additionally, there may be a fee of $7.00 for each check you'd like to cash as you're not a Customer at this time. Please note fees are subject to change. For more information on the fee schedule, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
If the check you wish to cash is not drawn on TD Bank, you will need to reach out to the financial institution which this check is drawn on directly to obtain their check cashing policy, or visit your financial institution to cash or deposit the check.
Please let us know if we can assist again, Kelly and enjoy the rest of your day.
