Welcome to TD Helps, Nancy. We'd be glad to discuss.
We would be happy to cash any TD Bank checks for non-Customers at any TD Bank Store location. Please see a listing of TD Bank Store locations here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We will require a valid photo ID (Driver's License, State issued ID, Military ID etc.).
There may also be a $7.00 fee per check applied for the check cashing services. However, this fee will be waived if they become a TD Bank Customer. Please note; fees are subject to change.
We hope this clears things up, Nancy. Have a good day.
