Thanks for stopping by with your question, Tiffany. If you are enrolled in online banking, and use our bill pay service, you'll be happy to know that you may enroll certain payees in e-bill. This service is completely free, and gives you the ease of being able to access the statements for the companies you pay, through our site! To get started, you'll first want to log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've logged in, you may click on the 'Bill Pay' tab. If the company is eligible for our e-bill service, you will see an 'E-bill' button below the payee's name. You will be guided to enroll in this service, and set up auto-pay, if you’d like. Please know that this service generally takes one full statement cycle to reflect the change. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call our Tech Support team directly at 800-493-7562. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We hope this helps, Tiffany, and that you have a great day!
