I just deposited a check into my checking account and tried to log on to online banking and it says the password was incorrect, when I know for a fact it's correct. It's a student account and I tried to change the password but it still will not let me do anything. What do I do?

Welcome to TD Helps, Arianna. We're sorry that you're experiencing difficulty with your online banking, and we'll be happy to help today.
When logging in to Online Banking, it is first a good idea to make sure that your Caps Lock is off and your Num Lock is on. This could be causing Online Banking to not recognize the information you are submitting. You may also try clearing out the cache and cookies on your browser.
If you cannot log in, you may reset your password through our self-service option by following this link: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you’re there at the Log In page, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link that is located under the field. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer two security questions, and after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
If you continue to encounter any issues with online banking, please give us a call at 888-751-9000, where our Specialists are available to assist 24/7.
We hope this helps, Arianna, and that you have a great day.
