Hello Mayra, we would be glad to look into this further with you. Closed accounts cannot be re-opened regardless of the reasons for closing it; and business accounts can only be opened at the Store. If your TD account was closed due to a negative balance, Recovery Department at 800-742-2651 to make payment arrangements, or visit your local TD Bank Store, prior to opening a new account. Their hours of operations are 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. If your account was closed with a zero balance, you may wish to open a new account.
