Thanks for joining us here on TD Helps, Michele.
If you have a TD Checking account and you are at least 18 years old, you can request a TD Visa Debit Card. You may certainly obtain one by visiting any of your local TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours with your valid photo ID. To find TD store locations and hours near you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores. All TD Bank Stores have an instant issue machine where you may obtain a new card seven days a week while you wait.
You may also request to have a new debit card mailed to your address on file. To have a TD Debit card be mailed to you, there are a couple of options available to you. You can contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and after account verification, one of our Banking Specialists can order the debit card for you.
Another way to request a TD Visa Debit Card via mail is by sending a secure message via your TD Online Banking. If you are already enrolled, you may send a secure message from http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. If you have not enrolled for Online Banking and you have a personal account with TD Bank, please call us 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above to speak with our Banking Specialists. After you've successfully enrolled, you can send a secured message by selecting the "Customer Service" tab under "Message Center" then click on the "Send a Message" link. For this particular request, please select "General Customer Service" for the subject line. In the "Comments/Requests" field, please type in your request.
Please allow 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. It will arrive in a white envelope for security purposes.
Please note; if you are requesting a new TD Visa Debit card for your Small Business Checking account, you will need to visit a TD Store location in person to obtain one.
If we can assist you again, please feel free to write to us anytime! We hope this helps and enjoy your day.
