Welcome to TD Helps, Kyle. We'd be happy to help.
Please know that for our savings accounts at TD, we typically release this information on a quarterly basis. This may be the reason why this information is not being displayed at this time.
In addition to quarterly statements, you can also elect to have your statement information combined. If you've spoken with a Specialist to have combined statements, your checking and savings information would be displayed within the same statement.
After signing in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to view/print your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen.
2. Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements for.
3. Click on the Statements & Notices tab.
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement.
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement.
If you have any trouble, you are able to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, visit any TD Store or send a secure message while logged in to request statement copies to be mailed.
You can review TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
When signed in using the link above, you can select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page.
Please keep in mind that mailed statements may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive at your address depending on your post office.
We hope this clears things up, Kyle. Have a great day.
