Welcome to TD Helps, Hayden. We'd be glad to help!
If your TD Visa Debit Card is linked to your Savings account, you should be able to withdraw funds from an ATM by using the correct PIN. Please know that there may be fees applied for the use of a non-TD ATM. To take a look at any fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
To determine if your Debit Card is linked to your Savings account, we ask that you reach out to us directly. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to confirm whether or not your Savings account is linked to your Debit Card.
Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store for assistance. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that we would like to confirm this for you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope to hear from you soon and have a good day.
