From your message, it sounds as though you may have been paying your electric company via our Bill Pay system and that you had your eBill with this company sent to us. If so, we would be able to correct these alerts for you. We kindly ask that you call our Tech Support Team at 800-493-7562; we're available 24/7 for you and please just use Option 3 for Bill Pay inquiries when you call.
