Hey Maria, thanks for coming by TD Helps!
Please be informed that all 1099 Tax Forms were mailed out to our Customers on January 31, 2015. If your accounts earned more than $10.00 in interest, a 1099-INT form was mailed to your address that we have on file. We recommend reviewing the final statement to determine the total interest earned for your closed account.
To obtain this information, if you currently have an active account with TD Bank, you may call us at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 and after we've verified your active account, we can look into your request and submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form. You should then expect to receive your 1099 Tax Form within 7-10 business days.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking for your active account, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." In your message, please be sure to provide in detail your inquiring and please include the account number.
If you're not enrolled for Online Banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at the number listed above to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you are able to or if you do not have an active account with TD Bank, you may visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to obtain this information in person. A listing of our Stores with their addresses can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps Maria. Have a good one.
