Hi Barbara, welcome to TD Helps.
As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to TD Card Services directly at 888-561-8861. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Upon account verification, a Representative should be able to mail you a new credit card for your existing account, as long as the account is active.
Please know that we would like to help; however, we do not have access to your account via TD Helps, as this is not considered a secured forum.
