Saving & Managing Your Money
In reply to Vic, Branchburg
Welcome to TD Helps, Vic. We'd be happy to clarify.
When you have a custodial account such as a Young Saver, only the custodian is able to make withdrawals and balance inquiries for the account unless otherwise specified. Anyone may deposit funds into any account. You are able to issue an ATM card for your child by visiting a TD Store and only with your permission will a card be printed. For more information on our Young Saver account please visit http://bit.ly/1pxm2Zo.
If you have questions about your account specifically, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also send a secure message to inquire about your account. To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To start the process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
We hope this helps, Vic and have a good afternoon.
