i have a debt on my checking account, and just received a letter from a debt collector, does that mean my account has been closed? And how do I pay off the debt?

To confirm that your TD account was closed, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You are able to do so 24/7 by calling 888-751-9000. Once speaking with a Representative, they will be able to confirm if your account was successfully closed. You may also visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help.
