We understand your concerns, Amy and we'd be happy to discuss.
There are times when entering your password incorrectly that Online Banking will suggest that you change your password. If you ever have trouble logging in or you feel as though your online account has been compromised, we recommend contacting us directly for assistance. You are able to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. They will be glad to review your account and discuss possible options to keep your account safe.
We also recommend visiting our Security Center for other helpful tips and tools. Take a look here: https://go.td.com/1npPddy.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this helps, Amy and have a good day.
