My gift card won't work and I can't access the sign in page in Thailand, or Australia and Indonesia where I've been already. Is the website not available in some countries? I've used them before in Ireland with no problem. Please help, as I'm travelling and could really use the money!

We're so sorry to hear about any inconvenience your gift card has created. To better address your concerns, we recommend that you contact a Customer Service Representative, 24/7, by dialing 1-888-294-2249.
In addition, as you have stated that you are currently traveling overseas, you may also call Collect with operator assistance from any land line phone by asking the Operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Once you have reached a Banking Specialist, they'll be happy to connect you with someone who is able to better assist you with your gift card.
