It is great having you here at TD Helps, Gerry! We're sorry to hear you are having difficulties while trying to access your Gift Card, but we're happy to provide some guidance.
If you are experiencing difficulties with the Online site for your Gift Card, we recommend contacting our Specialists at 1-888-294-2249. When you call, you will be asked to provide the full set of digits on the front of the card as well as the last three digits on the back of the card.
