I have a health savings account and was charged a $4.00 fee. From what I have read, if you have over $300.00 in the account, the fee is waived. I have over $300.00 in the account. Can someone please help me.Thanks,

Thanks for your question, Janey. We'd be glad to help point you in the right direction.
We'd be happy to discuss account options that may help waive the maintenance fee. Many of our products do offer extra benefits if you have more than one account or relationship with TD Bank, even additional maintenance-free accounts in some cases, and we encourage you to review this with us. We recommend reaching out to a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stopping by your local TD Bank Store to learn more. You can find the nearest location here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any further questions about our Health Savings Accounts, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or speak with our IRA/HSA Department by calling (800) 597-4437, Option 3.
We hope to hear from you soon and have a good day.
