Hey Judy, welcome to TD Helps. We'd be more than happy to help provide details on how to enroll for TD Online Banking.
Before we begin, we'd like to inform you that each signer listed on the account should have their own personal Log-on ID and Password. This allows joint account holders to view both their own individual accounts and those shared by other signers. The Username and Password settings are specific to each person rather than by account.
To enroll for TD Online Banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper verification, we would be happy to help get you started. If you prefer, you may also wish to visit us during lobby hours here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Just in case you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you're at the "Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect" page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don’t have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
We hope this was helpful, Judy. Let us know if you need anything else. Have a wonderful day!
