Before we get started, we would like to advise you that we are always here to help, and if you want to discuss anything with regard to your account, please feel free to stop by your local TD Bank Store to sit down with a Representative.
We try to make everything easy for our Customers, and we're happy to inform you that only one signer will need to be present in order to close the account. You may click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to view our Store locations and hours.
You may also call us at 888-751-9000 to request for your account to be closed. Our Representatives are available to assist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Lastly, if you have access to your online banking, you may send us a secure message with your request. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your mobile banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu.
If you decide to send us a secure message, please be sure to include your account number you wish to be closed.
