I purchased a Moneygram M.O. on 1/11/2016 and never used it. The M.O. # is XXXXXXX for #12.00. Can/how do I get my money back.

Thanks for your question, Pamela. We understand your concern and we'd be glad to clarify.
Please know that check that are more than 6 months old are considered "stale dated," but are still eligible for negotiation by the Bank. However, some business checks have an expiration date (payroll checks, government checks, etc.), which limits or extends the time period when the checks can be cashed or deposited.
For any additional clarification, we recommend reaching out to your local TD Store. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helps, Pamela. Have a good day.
