As you mentioned your account was closed due to a negative balance, we recommend contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769. We can be reached Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Once connected, our Specialists will be happy to review your closed account further, and assist you with any questions, concerns, or payments.
