Welcome to the TD Bank family, Erick. Thanks for visiting us today at TD Helps.
Going through the Self-Service feature for our Online Banking enrollment does require your account number but we are happy to provide alternative options that can help get you set up!
If you visited a TD Bank Store to open your new account, you should have received some starter checks after the account opening. On the starter checks will show your account number (it is the second set of numbers listed at the bottom of the checks). Once you’ve locate the account number, you can access the enrollment page by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need that account number along with your TD ATM/Visa Debit card, your Social Security number and also you email address. If you did not receive the starter checks, that’s okay!
You can call us and speak with one of our dedicated Digital Banking Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562. After account verification, they will be happy to help! If you are experiencing difficulties verifying your account via the telephone, you could stop by your local TD Store during lobby hours and any Customer Service Representative would be more than happy to help. For the hours and locations near you, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps answer your question Erick. Enjoy your day and please don’t hesitate to write back if you have any other questions and concerns
