Good afternoon, Danno.
This is a great question, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, generally speaking, statements are mailed two weeks prior to your due date, and once received, you will have up until that date to make a payment equal to at least the minimum balance. Once you have received you statement in the mail, you can find you due date as well as the minimum payment on the top, right hand side of your page under the 'Payment Information' section.
When you're ready, you may make your payment by mailing in the slip included in your statement. It's important to note that in order to avoid any late fees; your payment will need to be received before 5pm on the due date.
In addition to making your payment by mail, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, or you may also make your payment online. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR, or if you'd prefer to enroll in online payments, you may check out the link here: http://bit.ly/2kQAtJX. After enrolling in TD Bank's Card Service site, not only will you have the ability to make online payments, but you'll also be able to review your statements, transactions, and any balances.
As a friendly reminder, if you ever had any questions or concerns, our Credit Card Specialists are here to help! They can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by simply dialing 888-561-8861.
