Welcome to TD Helps, Ashley. Thank you for considering us for your banking needs! We'll be happy to provide you with useful information.
To discuss your specific needs for your non-profit and a possible business account, we would recommend stopping by your local TD Bank for assistance. Please click here: https://go.td.com/2xqHXMr to find a Store near you, as well as their hours. These types of accounts would have to be set up in person. Please know that our business checking accounts do come with a Visa Debit card at your request.
Before you go, feel free to take a look at the types of business accounts TD Bank has to offer. If you take a click here: http://bit.ly/1pVZ9Np, the link will show the different types of business checking accounts. A tool we offer on our page can also help by recommending an account for your needs with the Business Checking Selector Tool. You may take a look here: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw to use this tool. If you have any questions while reviewing these options, a Small Business Banking Specialist would be happy to assist you over the telephone. You can reach them by dialing 800-493-7562, Option 2, where they are available 24/7.
If your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process. Those who are going to be signers on the account need to bring the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security number. For a non-resident alien opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Also, be sure to bring the Tax Identification Number for your business.
We hope to see you soon, Ashley, take care!
