overdraft protection this payment should of been refused for insufficient funds and I cannot log in as I forgot my log in. - I do not have overdraft protection a payment was paid that should of been refused I cannot access my online statement as I have forgotten the sign in info. why was this paid and not refused? Thank you and I need the online banking reset so I can access my statement and find out who charged my credit card
