My Comcast bill is about 300 but I am short 30.00 and it shows in my pending which means it looks like it is going through I want it to get paid and then I will pay the leftover when I get somemore money in a couple of days. If I get an overdraft fee then I will just deal with it but I don't want the amount to be declined. Will it be paid if it is pending and I am a couple a little short

Welcome to TD Helps Trisha, we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Based on your question it sounds like you are inquiring about TD Debit Card Advance. TD Debit Card Advance is optional overdraft service we offer with our checking accounts that may help you avoid debit card declines. If your account is enrolled in this service, we may allow you to authorize ATM transactions or one-time debit card purchases even if you don't have enough money available in your account. We ask that you take a look here: http://bit.ly/1voNBCy for more details and also here: http://bit.ly/Yv0ulC for more specific information.
Please note that as this is a discretionary service, a purchase or withdrawal on your account can be declined even if your account is enrolled in this feature. You're more than welcome to contact one of our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000, who can review your account and this service with you in more detail. Or, if you'll be nearby one of our Stores, feel free to stop in during our extended lobby hours. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours nearest you.
We hope this answers your question, Trisha. Have a great day.
