Thank you for stopping by TD Helps today, Robert and please accept our condolences. We'll be sure to provide some information for you regarding online access to the CD's in question.
If you are listed as a signer on her accounts, you'll be able to have online access to the accounts in question. Please give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed below.
If you are not a signer on the accounts, you would need to visit a TD Bank during lobby hours with the following documents; Photo identification, Copy of the Death Certificate, an original Certificate of Letters Testamentary or Letters of Administration with raised seal dated within 60 days and a Letter of Instructions signed by all the Executors or Administrators with signature guaranteed by another financial institution. The death certificate will provide date of death if the date-of-death balance for the account is requested. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you should have any additional questions, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or you can visit us at any TD Bank during lobby hours. We hope this information is helpful and have a good night, Robert.
