but now I can't access it unless I write a check. Is there a solution for this without flying back to USA to get new ATM card and activate it?

To discuss the best options to get a replacement card while travelling overseas, we recommend reconnecting with us via phone. Since you are outside of the United States, you may connect with us by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518 (will not work from U.S.-based mobile phones).
