We'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, we currently offer two different kinds of prepaid VISA cards, the TD Connect Card, and the TD Go Card. Both cards can be used to make purchases online, in person, over the phone, or even through your smartphone, wherever VISA is accepted. As your card should be accepted by PayPal, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us directly so that we may determine why your card is being declined.
If you currently have a TD Bank Connect Card, you may simply dial 1-888-568-7130 to speak with a Specialist, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just in case you may have a TD Bank Go Card, you may dial 1-855-219-8050 instead, also 24/7. If you're unable to call, our Customer Service Representatives are also happy to help at any number of our Store locations, during lobby hours.
